Overview
We do our best to make each order sure to inspire your creativity, but accidents can happen in the shipping process. Generally, we will offer refund/replacement of items that are damaged or defective on arrival. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a refund or replacement request.
Refunds/Replacements
As refunds and replacements are only offered for damaged items, there is no need to worry about shipping things back and waiting prolonged periods of time for your item or your money! When you initiate a refund or replacement request, please include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- pictures (or video if appropriate) of the damage/defective item
- your ideal resolution: replacement or refund
If requesting a replacement, please confirm your shipping address in the initial email. If requesting a refund, approved refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. While we process the refund simultaneously with the refund, most banks take a few business days to process the transaction and have your funds available, typically 3-5 BUSINESS days.
Gift Exchanges
Gifts are the ONLY exception to the damage/defective policy. If you receive a gift you do not like, we will provide the opportunity for you to exchange the item for something you would like instead. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping. Exchange items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the return has been received and verified, you will be emailed a digital code for the value of the item to use at your convenience.
Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of the following items there are no refunds on the following items:
- Digital Downloads
- Custom orders
- Custom Colors and/or Quantities
Color Variations
Due to the nature of hand-dyed wool and the dyeing process, color variation between skeins is completely normal, even within the same dye lot. Color variations between skeins is not a defect.
We do our best to accurately depict the colors of our products in the pictures posted in the listing, however due to the differences in monitor settings things may look different in person compared to the pictures. Differences in colors between your monitor and our product are not considered a defect.
